Finally cleared to use implant.AMS LGX Questions

Today was the big day...went pretty quick and a bit rushed.

The surgeon saw the incision, happy with the 6 weeks' progress.He made me feel the deflation button on AMS LGX..I squeezed..made the typical noise and deflation was super easy. Then he told me to inflate and I pumped a few times. He said everything looks good. Keep cycling and length gains can come up to two years.It was bit rushed. I asked for the implant paperwork for airport security..he said to mail him and he will issue a letter.

Question for AMS LGX owners.
1.How many squeezes do you usually need to reach full inflation? I have 19 cm AMS LGX.
2.How do you know when max inflation he's been reached?

inflate until you can inflate, the pumps are always changing, one pumping is never the same as another, and you never deflate the same as the last time, count them and it will be more or less the same every time

Either might happen. At first, my CX21 would only take 1-3 pumps. After that my drs nurse said to use baby squeezes. If you can flex the bulb even a little, you are moving fluid.
I now can get 12-15 pumps in. Then I do the small flexing pumps.
For some reason I never got much glans discomfort. My shaft is what slowly gets uncomfortable.
I've had some nice gains but I don't plan on measuring for a few months.

In my experience, yes, and yes.

Early on, your discomfort level will tell you when to stop. Later on (it was a few months for me), the pump bulb will be too hard to squeeze.

I have noticed that at max inflation, the dent I can make in the pump bulb is about equal to the dent I can make in the implant tubes.

But do not let any of the observations above influence how much you inflate for sex. Let your partner be your guide.

For cycling (for size recovery or growth, if possible), do go for maximum inflation. I recommend a couple times a day and for as long as it is comfortable (that is, until the discomfort becomes unbearable).

All this is my observation and opinion. I am not a medical professional of any stripe.

So here is whats happening.
Deflation..works as expected and seen in videos etc. Press the deflation button and a sound is heard.Holding the penis and squeezing does the rest. Actually, a relief to be deflated after six weeks of semi-erect.

Once deflated I tried few times pumping it up.Few squeezes later it gets back to same harness and post-surgery( the six weeks of semi-inflated). Not able to pump further. Not because of pain in the glans or shaft..the pump gets too hard.

Decided to enjoy my soft flacid today and try tomorrow to inflate further.

Any ideas, or advice will be appreciated.

The pump gets softer with time and regular cycling. I'm at week 14 post surgery and it's really easy now.

Glad you have been cleared and got the typical 6 week training, my doc, Army Major Shane Barney did't do my training, it was an urology male nurse that I had never met. So, he had me deflate it and then inflate as much as I could which was only about 10 pumps before it hurt too much and then he had me deflate again and that was it.

1. Captain, it took me a good while before I could pump it to the max. So the doc had told me to cycle it twice a day in the shower for 20 minutes each time and pump as much as I could. Also to keep cycling to get as much stretch and length gain before the surgical capsule formed which could be around the 4th or 5th month.

2. Captain it varies for me to reach full inflation - If I do fast pumps I can go between 60 and 70 pumps when I was at the 6 month point. If I do slow pumps and make sure the pump bulb is fully expanded with saline, I can get 40 to 50 pumps before I can't go any further. I have the 18cm with 3cm rear tips. Then after a few minutes of stretching while it's inflated, I try to get a few more pumps.

My surgery measurements were 11cm distal and 10cm proximal for a total of 21cm, I have the 18cm implant with 3cm rear tip extenders. With those measurements, I'm sort of surprised where I'm at for BPM, I'm at 6.25 inches and I'm happy with that. I never really measured before I had the implant when I was in my 20's and 30's when I had super hard erections.
