Friends as some of you know today I completed six weeks and had follow up with the surgeon. He has given clearance to use and cycle the implant.

Questions for experienced implanted guys..what restrictions are to be followed after 6 weeks.

1.I seriously have been waiting to start working out.Want to gain some length by fat loss, improve blood flow and all the benefits of being active and fit with stronger muscle and low body fat.
Any restrictions with working out. I will definitely avoid squatting etc for few months.

2.What about taking 15 minutes bath at home.I spray clorox hydrogen peroxide bathroom cleaner in the tub first, brush it a bit, wash with hot water.

Anything else I am missing.

I think your good to go with everything, start with light weights and listen to your body.

I started taking baths at 4 weeks, and they did go through the scrotum

After 5 weeks I was ok’d for everything. I don’t spray the tub down. The incisions were completely healed up.

I’m an avid bodybuilder and I dove right back in where I left off. I will not do deadlifting or squats for a while though. Not because the doc said anything, I just feel like if anything could go wrong it would happen during a deadlift session.

Captain, I’m a road bike cyclist and I was cleared to do easy miles at week 4. I got back into long miles 35 to 50 miles around week 8. I haven’t had any problems cycling with the boys being crowded down there. I do wear a Jockey Sports Bikini brief under my cycling bibs to keep everything in place so nothing gets pinched.

As some of the other guys have said, just listen to your body.
I didn’t do any special sanitizing of the tub, just normal cleaning, my incision was healed by 6 weeks also.

Good Luck Captain on your fitness routine, I need to get back in the gym to get some more muscle in other places rather than just my legs.

S-Works

Working out you should start slowly. I was told 10# weight limit for 2 months, then increase as tolerated.
Baths were my best friend while I was healing. As long as your incision is healed there should be no worry of infection, don't think you need to bleach the tub. I sat in a tub for 30-45 minutes every morning for a couple months. Much easier to cycle in warm water too.

Thank you so much.

Have to try the warm water cycling.
