Better bloodflow when standing

Has anyone noticed that they have better engorgement and roundness when standing as opposed to laying down?

Is this just something to live with now or does it perhaps improve over time?

i don't have an implant but since i have fibrosis if i lie down my glans is soft and my girth is smaller ..if i stand up my glans is full and my girth is noticeably bigger..i still have good erections but fibrosis is eating away at my dick..i'm considering an implant for this..but other than pumping, i'm afraid my erection and sensations won't be like they are now
