Fillers question

Few questions for guys with fillers:

1. Did you find it helped bring roundness to the erection?

2. Did it improve the flat, oval shape some of us have when fully inflated?

3. Could it perhaps even out the shape of the erection if one side was inflating more than the other and the erection was slightly uneven/twisted?

4. For people that lack engorgement, the inflated implant can feel like two hard sticks, can fillers help giving a firm round feel to the erection? Much more like how a natural erection would be.

I dont have an implant or filler but spent quite some time on phalloboards. that site is laggy as fuck but if you dont know about it you should check it out, it costs a few bucks a month, worth it if you are interested in fillers. I think this 100% could help people that lack engorgement with implant, its a really good solution from my perspective.

I got two rounds of permanent filler before the implant, not on purpose, just worked out that way. I have a very natural looking shape, my guess is it is the filler.
