Time to Orgasm

After 23 years with ED, I am considering an implant. Currently injecting double trimix with mixed results. If I get hard enough to penetrate now, it takes forever to climax. We are hoping implant will greatly reduce time. Any comments?
I have an appointment with Coloplast specialist Monday.

Are you on any medications that could cause an issue with orgasm? SSRI or similar? I was on Cabergoline and that caused major issues in me having an orgasm.

For me the time is about the same but easier to finish since you dont go soft.

for a time after implant, I did not orgasm at all. After a few weeks, or a couple of months, I orgasmed regularly, but sometimes took longer than before implant. This was actually good news, because I usually orgasmed before my partner did and thus entered a refractory collapse.
Now I orgasm almost every time we have sex, and in about the same time frame as before implant.
irrelevant to your original question is the fact that my partner orgasms easily with penis in vagina sex, and 90% of the time I make sure she has orgasmed through cunnilingus before I penetrate her. These pre-coitus orgasms guarantee her vagina is sufficiently lubricated with her own discharges, so the coitus is quite delightful for us both.
