Would Florida Blue blueoptions cover an implant?

This is an insurance through my employer. I was told by Clavell, they only accept insurance through employers and medicare.

I read the details about this on a page says penile implants are covered but didn’t mention specific. I called and the stupid lady told me you need to contact the person who sold the plant your employers. I can’t reach them.

Here is the plan

Deductible 3000 per individual
Coinsurance 20%
Out of pocket maximum $8000 per individual
Hospitalization and outpatient surgery DED + 20%

So assuming is covered which it should be

I would have pay $3000 + 20%

What does this 20% mean?

Is it 20% out of the total cost?

Lets say the total cost of the surgery is $23000

How much would the insurance pay and how much would I need to pay?

If the cost is $23000. I pay my $3000 deductible, then you have $20000 left.

20% of 20000 is 4000.

That means my total pay would be $7000? Can you finance that?

Its still a lot of money. Is there any surgeon who accepts marketplace insurance?
