After about 6-8 weeks you should be cleared to do whatever you want.
I fired up my Honda 250 dirt bike and ran thru the trails 7 weeks in with no problems .
Since my implantation I've, ran, swam, biked, motorbiked,, hiked ....you name it.
No restrictions at all.

If your surgeon knows what he's doing you should have no problem.
I don't recommend started a new UFC career, but other that you should be fine.

Thank you
I am also a runner, swimmer and cyclist, as well as a motorcyclist.
It would be interesting for me to know how many days after the surgery you started to carry out your activities again. I hope not after 7 weeks...
1 running
2 motorbike
3 bike
4 swimming

1. Running?.....7 weeks.
2 Dirt bike?.... 7 weeks.
3. Bicycle?......4 weeks.
4. Swimming.?...6 weeks.

On a street bike, you should be cleared pretty quickly, especially how smooth the rides are now on these 2023 models.
But, everyone is different.
Make SURE your Doctor gives you the green light.

As for me, I'm Still a 14 year old boy stuck in a 56 year old body. My recovery was very smooth and I wanted to get "back on the horse" of my active lifestyle as soon as possible.

But, AGAIN...
Let your Doctor make that choice.

I'm not in the medical field, I'm just telling you what worked for me.

Best wishes.

I was riding my Kawasaki Concourse 1400 by the 4th week and probably could have ridden on the 3rd with a little discomfort.. by 5-6 weeks could ride as long as any time in the past.
