She is not stimulated

Has anyone experienced your woman feeling less stimulated after an implant repair or replacement/revision. If yes, did you solve it and how?
My replacement worked fine for the first few months, then we had problems and we learned from CT scan and surgery that the right cylinder was out of Corpora (see my post on this). I had a sling attachment to the right cylinder. I’m hard as before, I think, but my wife is not feeling the same stimulation as before. What’s wrong with me? My doctor doesn’t know so I’m going to get a second opinion.

If your erection is still good, and approximately the same size as before, I'd suspect it's in her mind.
She's likely concerned about damaging you, and causing further pain on your part.
I'd talk it over with her, and reassure her that she won't hurt you.

Holy Shit !!! Your cylinder was out of the corpora !? I just made the post " Seeking the knowledge and opinions of all implant scholars " ... I wonder if something like that happened to me.

Chief3, is there any chance that her changes might be related to menopause?

Inflating to the max, while there is no glans engorgement or blood flow in the shaft may make the implant feels like a toy/dildo. Women who don't like them won't be stimulated by such an erection. I noticed this, after I come and continue having sex, it doesn't feel natural for my wife.
Maybe trying to use Viagra or Cialis with the implant could provide some engorgement. There are also here a couple of posts about fillers that can help.

Not likely in her early 40’s.
I was thinking about a filler but I’d rather try supplementing with Viagra or Cialis first.
Thanks!

I appreciate your input. I talked with her about it while we were on a walk. I reassured her that I was not in pain before, during and after sex. Again I told her in bed. I don’t think we’re “out of the woods yet” but we did have two successful nights. My guess is we are at about a 30% success rate. Positive encouragement and prayer is my plan and a visit soon to Dr Karpman for a second opinion.
Blessings to everyone!

I'm glad to hear of your progress. Good luck and God Bless.

I went to Dr Karpman and he said it’s hard and not to do anything at this time. He could not answer why my wife is not feeling stimulated. Last night she told me she could feel it getting hard and then soft. Sounds like ED with an implant. I’m thinking the glans are not swelling enough. She is certain it started after the revision. I’m reading a lot more on FT about using Trimix and or Cialis as a supplement. I am also going in for a CT scan to check on the revision. Man this sucks but I’m not giving up.

You must live fairly close to me if you see Karpman and you’ve been to the “Horrible” KP. Anyway I hope you can get your issue fixed, I know that I don’t get glanis enlargement if I’m not sexually excited and just pump it up. Let me know if I can help, not to many of us west coasters on here
