Been three years since ive been implanted. All going well and wanting to maybe use a Penis Pump to encourage the blood vessels to the glan which has hardly been engorging.
Can any brothers recommend which pump tp try ( I did try two years ago but there was too much pressure around the base)

Seems mostly agreed around here that LeLuv makes good VEDs, though there are some other options too.
