Peyronies destroyed me, time for an implant?

I'll keep it short..

Diagnosed Peyronies at 28, I'm about to be 30.

Small bend below glans to begin with. I was shocked as never seen my penis bend. Google = peyronies disease. Went to urologist in London, UK. Officially diagnosed. Got SOMA pump and ciailis. Long story short it is now WAY worse. Attaching photos.

Now I'm not sure what made it go so much worse and deformed but I cannot have sex now and bad ED. Lost at least 1 inch maybe 2. Never measured pre peyronies so not sure but all I know is I was bigger than now. I'm around the "average erect" size but its clearly all bent and deformed. Severe hourglassing where it seems like it completely cuts off growth from that point.

I simply believe I have to get a implant at this point as I've lost nearly 2 years of normal sex life. I want to date and live life.

Guess I'm just posting this here for now for some open dialogue with a community (as its lonely) and incase anyone has success stories, similar issues to mine/my penis, advice... I do not have the funds for private care so looking into options.

Haven't seen many dicks as deformed as mine. I'm very curious to see if there is other dicks on here like mine thats clearly messed up. Hopefully they had a success story as things don''t feel great right now.

This was when I was first diagnosed around 1-2 months into this journey:

Sorry to hear of your problem. There are treatments short of an implant, a couple of which you have already tried. There are others, though, including surgery to remove whatever tissues or problems there are. Implant is a big step.

Wishing you the best with both your condition and your dealings with the National Health System.

Is it fully erect in these pictures? Is the deformity most evident when fully erect?

Implant is a great option if you can make it happen. Good luck to you bro

What other treatments do you speak of Lost Sheep? Grafting? Lue procedure etc?

I've read up about a bunch, spoken with Dr.Trost about Xiaflex but it all seems like nothing will fix this other than an implant and ALSO I do not have funds to be paying stuff like 800USD for 1 injection.

I don't want this to sound like I'm complaining, just simply stating my reality currently.

With an implant, my main concern is how many revisions can I have in the future before it erodes and I can't have anymore...

If it's just the case of, have an implant, can't get naturally erect anymore/have to use pump, penis is straight and functional, I can have great sex again and date, but every 8-15 years I got to go through with a revision - I would do it, but if after every revision it means my penis is eroding and eventually will not be able to have revisions then thats an issue.

I would say this is mostly what I look like fully erect currently yes. And you can't really see anything wrong with it at all when flaccid. Although I was a grower before and it's clearly lost length when erect

Although I am not taking high doses of pills so maybe that'd make it look different, but eitherway the angle is impossible for sex.

The tip half/above the hourglass is less hard than the base of the shaft. Leading me to believe the blood isn't get pushed all the way up.

Hey man, hows your journey been? I see you're around same age as me and have implant with Eid.

I would love to choose Eid but simply do not have funds or will be able to aqquire them anytime soon, unless I win the lottery etc.

But it seems I can have the implant via the NHS in the UK, potentially with Professor David Ralph, although I see mixed reviews.

Some good and some bad but it seems the bad ones tend to be discussing grafting which I would not do.

Spoke to Hakky also he mentioned graft or implant but thought implant would likely be the way to go.

{edit: just read some of ur posts, seems like ur in a good place with it all congrats}

I had Peyronie's disease. Not as severe as yours. I had two plaque scarring on the same side ( right side ) . It made my erection curve right approximately 30° I'd guess. Dr. Clavell straighten me out using plaque incisions. With the implant, it's pretty straight. I still have a very slight curve when pumped to 100% . At 80% its straight. Another procedure that can be done is plication. In this surgery they shorten , ever so slightly, the corpora opposite the damaged side . This will also help straighten a curved erection. I might opt for this surgery whenever I get a revision. I saw pics of a penis that had almost 90° curve that Dr. Clavell got straight as an arrow. I don't know what will help your case , just know there's hope out there . Don't give up . Good luck brother

.... still have the " dents " though . I want to get that fixed in the future too. With all these minor complications and aesthetic blemishes, it is still WAY better than the hell ED brought into my life for 20 years . An implant solved all that. I've had more sex in the last 2 months than the previous 10 years.
