I have exhausted all other options (pills, injections) and am ready to go the implant route.
I have been dealing with BPH for the last decade but have been reluctant to have a TURP because I don't want to lose my external ejaculation abilities. For me and my gal, it is an exciting part of the male sexual experience and retrograde ejaculation would diminish that excitement.
I had a failed Urolift procedure done two years ago and although it did not help my BPH at all it, at least, did not affect my ability to ejaculate.
My question is, if I get an implant can a TURP be done at a later date if my BPH becomes intolerable?
Hope to hear from guys here who have the implant and BPH simultaneously.
Thank you

Implants with BPH
Age 70
Pills didn't work well. Trimix worked good for 3 years, then only fair for following 3 years but need a cock ring in conjunction.
Implant 12/6/2023 Dr. Eid
Coloplast Titan 20 cm with right side trimmed to 19 cm. No RTE. Classic pump.
