Training penis to point more upward when erect?

About 5 weeks out now from implant surgery (penoscrotal) with Coloplast Titan classic and am pumping/cycling and doing what the Dr. said to do. One curious issue of concern is the direction of my penis. I tried to keep it pointed upward as much as possible during my initial recovery. Currently, it points downward at about 4:00 o'clock when flaccid (still pretty stiff when flaccid) and when I get it all pumped up, points straight out at about 3:00 o'clock. My question to the forum: Is there a safe/effective way to "train" it as I continue to heal and cycle in some way to get it to point more upward, say even 2:00 o'clock, when erect?

Can't hurt to try. I am six months post op. Could not keep it up first six weeks. So pointing 4-5pm flaccid or 3 pm erect.
I wear a really tight jock holding it up most days. Does it help? Who knows. I think I am just getting used to it. Also the longer and thicker you become with recovery and cycling, the more will be hanging low. Right now mine is pointed right where I want it. Towards her snatch as I am taller than her. It wasn't very upright before ED anyway, so maybe it is just anatomy.

I think this has to do with the crus position. The cylinders are placed perpendicular to it. Maybe that's why most of us are at 3 o'clock, unlike the natural dick, whose angle is not (crus-dependent).
