Can you post a pic? It's hard to understand what the problem is. Is the implant not usable for sex?

I met the doctor vijyant govinda Gupta today and he gave me the standard response that this inflation at 4 o clock is sufficient enough and u should do penis massage and consume tadalafil. It has been 90 days enough now and I am at same position.i have
I have eaten 20 mg tadalafil a day too . Even inflating with both hands but the glans fails to pop out. THe only thing that has improved is number of pumps from 3 to 9.
Some brother if can advise me due course of action.
Implanted with rigicon infla 10 length 18 cm reservior volume 110 ml rear tip extenders length 3 cm by dr vijyant govinda gupta new delhi india on 23/05/2023.
I have post this information a number of times in the past. First of all most cosmetic reoperations are not done until 6 months post surgery. Second I had gains in size out past a year. Very difficult to wait a long time as most of us have had 10 or more years dealing with ED and we just want everything to be back like it was. But the implant is different. It is not like it was. Some things are better and others not so much. There was a study comparing the Titan and LGX for stiffness. Or in other words erection angle. The Titan is stiffer than the LGX. The LGX is more comfortable than the Titan. My erection angle with the LGX was about 3:30 or 4:00. It did get better after time. But the Titan is better if you want a 1:00 erection angle. I do not know how Rigicon compares in this. I would continue to work on molding. Some doctors do this during the operation to straighten curves. Cycling over time will also help. I did a lot of reading on this site and before I had the surgery I told my self I would wait one year to judge the outcome. I did even have gains past one year. Cycling work is the key. Cycle everyday and even twice a day if you can. And go have some fun and use it. You just kicked ED out of your life and you have this part of you back again. Is life great or what.

Is it hard enough for penetration? How were you before an implant? Some people have natural erections which have that angle but can still have sex.

No personal experience on foreskins ...but from watching porn every uncut did I have seen they always had to pull the foreskin back before intercourse ... never seen one when they became hard the head popped out on it's own .... My cock has always hung downwards never upwards .. never had trouble having intercourse ..
