In your opinion, what would be the most correct way to keep an implanted penis when it is flaccid?
Up or down?
I keep it face up adherent to the abdomen.
But someone told me it's a wrong way... Any opinion?

Many surgeons recommend keeping it upright for the first couple weeks of healing. After that, I don’t think there is a right or wrong way. Whatever is most comfortable for you.

If a penis is too long to stay below one's beltline, I suppose pointing up would be considered "wrong", simply because it would be inpractical. Also, if uncomfortable pointing in ANY direction the owner finds uncomfortable would probably be wrong. For that person.

Did the person advising you have an implant that argued pointing up?

He holds it down his thigh.
My natural position is up to the left.
But to prevent the cylinders from taking a shape in that direction, I think it would be better to alternate right and left.
But never down, I'm not used to it and it would bother me too much

In my understanding (which is admittedly not authoritative) the cylinders are not subject to "taking a shape" in any direction. Rather, it is a man's own tissues (particularly the tissue down in the pelvic crus holding the implant's proximal end) which "take a shape" which might wind up leaning left, right or up or down.

By that token, a man who lets his penis hang down might do well to hang it left one day and right the next, if he wants perfect symmetry.

Mine always seem to drift to the right no matter how I put it in my pants. It doesn't like to stay down. It bends to the left or right easily, up fairly easily, but it doesn't bend down so easily.
