malleable implants
what's the deal with malleables and glan firmness? since a implant is installed does this cut off blood flow to the glans leaving them soft ? i have read members here say with the inflatables they take pills to help their glans become firm .

The blood supply for the corpus cavernosum is separate from the blood supply for the spongiosum (the glans). So, absent medical mistake in the surgery, if you had pre-implant glans engorgement you will have glans engorgement after surgery.
Theoretically, aggressive sizing of the implant (which is good because it maintains penis length) COULD inhibit blood flow to the glans. I am no expert.
