Does implant angle matter when in use?

I have completely healed from surgery now 3 months after being implanted with AMS LGX.

The angle when fully inflated is still not at 3 o'clock, probably 4-4:30.
I can use one finger to lift it up even when max hard. I am noticing length is slowly getting better with daily inflation. Haven't really been able to use the implant yet.

Question for experienced implanted guys:

Does the natural implant angle matter in heterosexual penetrative intercourse?

Thanks in advance

I think it only matters with the positions. Angle less than 3 o'clock is good for a man on top, more than 3 o'clock good for doggy style. With these angles in these sample positions your penis presses more on the g-spot

Shouldn’t matter at all. It’s flexible at the base and if it’s too stiff at 100% just let out a bit of fluid, you don’t lose length and negligible girth. Those two factors allow my girl and I to do missionary, her feet high and low, including over my shoulders.

Doggie, ass up and her laying flat is no problem.

Both reverse cowgirl and cowgirl, her leaning forward and leaning way back is not an issue.

Penetration while spooning, her bucking furiously, works just fine too.

My girl is trans, so since you specifically mentioned heterosexual sex, perhaps my comments have been thus nullified. :D

Angle doesn't really matter, as long as it's not extreme.
I'm at about 4 or 4:30, and I have yet to find a position that doesn't work well for me and my girls. 8-)

Standing sex in the shower ect is hard with a standard 3 o'clock implant.

A low angle can mean that for insertion. Some hand quidance is needed.
Back in the prime days. I could just lay my dick on her mound & give a little push. If not the right spot, just pull back, let it settle a little lower & try again. I liked that method cause it left our hands free for other activites.
Perhaps as we get accustomed to the new normal. I might be able to learn something similar.

About 16 months implanted and from the start it’s not mattered on angle at all. I was about 3-3:30 before and the same now. Can do any position desired which is about all of them and never a problem. Just the biggest upside, no matter the position it stays as hard as I want it for as long as I want it. The last years or so before implant position was very limited to the ones I could stay hard longer in. Not an issue now! Loving my bionic dick

My angle leaves a lot to be desired , also. It has made no difference during sex. Just looks better in pictures and observations form a partner
Very happy with my implant

Thanks, everyone for your input.

I guess I will need to get used to it hanging low ..and it shouldn't make a difference when in actual use.
