Does engorgement come back?

I had my surgery about 9 or 10 weeks ago, I can pump up hard like a steel rod so no issues there ( thank God.) But I've noticed whether I pump up as hard as possible or even short of it, I don't seem to get any engorgement of my penis. Before surgery I could get a little, a little more if I played with it, and pretty much a normal stiff hardon with Trimix use. Does anyone else have this issue, or is it something that will come back after a few months? Just wondering as after I pump up I have very loose skin around my penis ( more than what would be normal ) it basically feels like there isn't any "padding" between the cylinders and the skin, like there is a serious void wit just cylinders and skin stretched over it. It's just a weird feeling to me, my wife doesn't care we're having more sex for longer now. And I've noticed the tip or glans is much less sensitive which makes it much more difficult to orgasm.

Have you tried Cialis/Viagra to help with the engorgement?

This should improve with time. You’re at 10weeks, which is when i had my first sex. Those earliest sessions represent an adjustment period to the “new you”. I too sensed that loose skin over hard steel sensation. My glans hurt on the underside after about :20 minutes. I could only orgasm about 50% of the time. Also, bring penoscrotal, my scrotum was very numb at the incision site, as was the bottom 1/3 of my shaft.

Now at 8 months, the numbness is 90% gone. I can feel my girlfriend’s tongue tickle me scrotum again. Skin on bottom of shaft has regained sensitivity. All this helps.

That “skin on steel” feeling still exists when i pump up to 100%. I also can only keep it at absolute max for about :10 minutes. I’m still cycling to max daily.

90% i can keep for a solid hour now, and it doesn’t hurt like it did early on. When cycling, i pump to 90% for :45 minutes comfortably, then go full tilt for :10 minutes. Not fun, and never have sex at that level. Pretty uncomfortable as i continue to try to maximize the tissue stretch over time.

The “set point” for max has improved continuously over time. No way i could have had sex at 10 weeks where i am now….even at 90%.

90% reduces that steel on skin sensation. It’s softer and has some give when my girl or I squeeze it. Feels more natural, i think.

As i think about it, i guess it’s just a change we might have to simply adapt to. In the old days, when engorged, there was warm blood pumped in there. That lends itself to the “hot hard cock” sensation we used to enjoy. Now, there is minimal or no blood there.

I think when i’m pumped to max i’m not feeling too sexy given the discomfort. Thus, i don’t engorge in the glans at that level. At 90%, and properly horny, it engorges and as i approach orgasm it throbs and is purple.

I don’t get the same engorgement in the spongiosum anymore either. That lends itself to that oval appearance some report. Funny thing is that my overall girth has increased. I call it the “pontoon boat”.

My girl seems to love both the hardness and girth, so overall, i’m pleased. Particularly since we can go at it hard (figuratively and literally) for an hour+ at 90%.

But overall, you have improvement to look forward to. ymmv.

I was fortunate enough to still get engorgement a few days after getting my operation!
Now that I am 8 months since the surgery, I still getting engorged and even when my implant is deflated the skin and head will still get a chub.
But there are definitely times when I can be pumped up but I'm getting no engorgement. Usually once sexual activity has started then the engorgement will return but it is sort of weird when you have a hard-on but your penis is not feeling "sexy".

I am over 5 years now and never got any engorgement back.
I tried all the drugs but never any engorgement. which is what so many implanties are still looking for.
If anyone comes across a way to get this back please let me know.

Took me about 6 months to get engorgement to return. It is much better with arousal and during sex. When I'm close to an orgasm my wife can tell.

For me it did after a few months. My surgeon left enough original tissue in me that I can get an erection good enough for oral without pumping. If I pump it to the max I'm uncomfortable but it get's really engorged if I'm aroused, take 10 mg of Cialis and/or 50mg of Viagra. I pump it about 90% and that's perfect. The first few times of sex with my wife we didn't understand how to get it the right size for her and I was anxious. Now that's disappeared and I'm ready to rock, unfortunately my wife's libido has flown the coop. I hope it comes back soon lol

Try 5mg daily cialis for a bit. I’ve been luck that I still full glans engorgement same as I had before the implant. I just pop 1-2 5mg cialis when I know I’m getting some just for extra fun. But try 5mg daily for 2-3 weeks and see how it works for you.

Good notes here, im with Tuffdad, I too get random chubs, got woke up last night with a solid chub. Typically the Dr. Will not say that this function will happen after a implant surgery because its different for everyone and the brothers that have had prostate cancers suffer the most I believe. You are still new, give it some time.

You should get the same amount of engorgement you had prior to surgery ONCE your tissue heals. You can supplement your engorgement with viagra or cialis if you wish.
