After several years of ED and about a year of PD the day hath come to get this over with.
I was fairly chill till this am, writing this with a knot in my stomach as I make my way to Northside Hospital in ATL. I believe Im in good hands with Dr Hakky.
Thanks for all in the insight guys, I do feel I am as mentally prepared for what is about to go down as can be. This site has helped with that.
Next time I post Ill be on pain killers, forgive me in advance!

Welcome to bionic life! Best wishes for a successful recovery. Remember, how you look and feel today, with it’s unfamiliar sensations and appearance is not how it’ll appear in 6 weeks and beyond. Your journey only begins with the surgery. You’re going to be fine!

Nervous was the word on my day!
Hope Dr. Hakky did a great job, and you heal fast.

Night before jitters.
Ten days of “what the fuck have I done?”
Then the rest of your life to wonder “why the hell did I wait so long?”

That was remarkably simple. I got back to the VRBO a while ago and am fairly mobile albeit slowly and methodically. I havent had a post op meeting with Dr Hakky however, he told my wife there was a good bit of scar tissue but it cleaned up well and we should all be satisfied.
I am obviously still wrapped up in bandages so I havent seen the goods yet, however, I am about 80% inflated and it appears my length is the same as normal, there is zero arousal lol. Im hoping Ill be as close to preop as possible. 6.5L x 6.375G (my wife said she would welcome a narrower girth)
The pic of the inflation that was done at time of surgery is encouraging.
Getting the drain out Friday and heading home after.
I was implanted with a 22cm Titan, no RTE, 125ml reservoir. Infra-pubic which was done due to the PD.

Dr. Hakky is a great doctor, he did mine August of last year and things have been great. You and your wife will love the marathon sessions to cum. Like mine, I am sure he sized you to the max, for that you will be glad. What size did he go with?
Healing should go fine and in a few weeks you will ready to go.

In my sig line. Titan 22cm, no RTE, 125ml reservoir, infrapubic incision.
Im looking forward to bending my wife over which has not been done in a long time due to the aggressive upward curve of PD
