Two Year Report

Hi to all,

I was implanted by Dr. Eid two years ago this month and wanted to give an update, by category.

Size: I think I maxed out at about six months at around 6.2 BPL. However, my GF feels like I continue to get thicker. Before implantation I was 5” at the base, now I am 5.25.” I’ll take it.

Function: Working fine. Still inflating daily, mainly because we have sex that often. Sometimes at one of our swinger parties I will inflate and deflate 3-5 times depending on the situation. I have become very stealthy at inflating and don’t *think* any of my play partners notice. Even oral sex seems to go without any hitches (unless they just aren’t saying anything).

About a year ago I would max out at 30-35 full pumps until the pump bulb would stay depressed, as if all the fluid was deployed into the cylinders. Here we are a year later and I’m getting the same number of squeezes until the pump dimples. Once I hit the deflate button it pops back to its spherical shape. Some of you have said you experience the same thing, so I won’t worry about it.

Only pain I get is occasionally I ache where tubing runs over my public bone.

Usage: alot….ALOT. But I am a gentle pumper and don’t twist when I pump (a no-no according to my urologist), so I’m hoping to get 10 years out of this thing before a replacement, even w/daily usage. Thoughts?

Other tidbits:

Athletics: I run and/or do weights almost daily. No issues.

I occasionally use with Cialis for extra plumpness.

I dog-ear on the right but figure that’s life, Coloplast cylinders are supposedly strong.

There is a good half-inch difference in length and 1/4” in girth when I am naturally excited vs just pumped and “cold.” It really is a lot more fun when the implant serves as more of a scaffolding to some natural engorgement.

Many thanks for sharing your experience! It's quite helpful for someone like me who is still on the 4th week post implantation and healing.

My recovery wasn't easy (no infection) but still facing pain and discomfort mainly on the glans and some frequent morning wood or during sleeping that feels like bullets.

My wife and i were active in the lifestyle for many years before we split. Gawd how i wish i’d had my Titan back in those days when i had to stealthily inject trimix…only for it to fail me after :30 minutes or so. You are officially “that guy” who’s partners never have to say “oh, honey, it’s ok. happens to everybody”. ;)

Thanks for the positive report! 8 months postop here, and i feel like only now am i getting into my groove in a big way! What a difference between sex at 10 weeks versus now. Your post only brings me greater optimism!

I was implanted on 10/28/21. I had a long painful recovery but gradually everything started working out. I ended up with a little bit more length and girth to the point where my wife asked if I could shrink him a little. I had big problems with delayed ejaculation and loss of sensation. I abstained from porn and masturbation and combined with switching from TRT injections to testosterone scrotal cream my DE has disappeared and I’m having a blast with it. I too have tubing that hurts sometimes. I’m scheduled to have it fixed at the Mayo Clinic in October but I’m going to try and live with it. I’m not ready for more surgery.

I get great engorgement thanks to my surgeon leaving enough tissue. When I’m aroused and helped with 10mg of cialis and 50mg of viagra I too gain length and girth.

All you new guys be patient and you’ll grow to love it.
