I speak English and lived in US / UK in the past but thought of checking if there is any Arab in this forum since such topic specially ED or implantation is not something that is heavily discussed in this part of the world.

OK, I get it now. I know the British influence in that part of the world left a legacy of bilingual Arabic-English-speaking people.

I know from reading here on FrankTalk that there are a few men from your area, Muslin and otherwise but I do not recall their names, just that they mentioned cultural factors occasionally. I trust they will respond to you eventually.
