How long did it take for sex to be pleasurable again post-implantation?

Hi gentlemen,
So I had a consultation with Dr. Cordon in miami (I’m lucky to live in a city with two of the top implant surgeons in the country, the other being Dr. Perito). He discussed the implant when me and I am very seriously considering moving ahead with it. I’ve been dealing with anxiety driven ED for going on 3-years, I’m not getting any younger at 41, and I just want my normal sex life back. The pills aren’t reliable and trimix always ends in priapism with additional shots to make it go down— not exactly fun.
For those of you who implanted, how long after your procedure before you were able to enjoy sex again without it hurting?
How long was cycling painful for?
If I do this it will be with the titan.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Very good question that's hard to answer. At 4 1/2 months I normally combine sex with a cycling session. So after sex there is a good chance of some stretching tenderness. Agressive cycling does have some downsides. But I did have ED for several years so cycle is important to me.
The first time, at 6 weeks with less than full inflation wasn't painful.
I kind of use the sex to keep my mind off of the cycling at this point.

6 weeks sex felt great in every position except cowgirl. 8 weeks on i was good to go. I would recommend getting the biggest implant possible, ya, maybe more pain in the beginning but very unlikely you will lose length.

At 10 weeks postop i’d been cycling for 4 weeks. Cycling was uncomfortable after about :30 at this point. I was penoscrotal and had numbness in my scrotum from the incision site, as well as bottom 2/3 of shaft.
At 10 weeks i went to Thailand and spent 3 weeks with my girl. I’d pump up as much as possible (not a full stretch, that still hurt too much). We’d have penetrative sex typically twice a day. The combination of numbness and soreness resulted in an orgasm about 50% of the time. The other times i’d start feeling too sore after :30 inside her and have to tap out. Was still healing and adjusting to both the physical and psychological aspects of the “new me”. My girl was great, even started doing the initial pumps…which was playful on her part. Then i returned to the US.
I returned at 6 months for a repeat. Numbness and soreness had improved considerably. Still had it but because of daily cycling and adaptation the overall experience was much improved. Could go longer and with much less discomfort. I’d call it “75% back to normal”. Returned home again.
I am now in Thailand 8 1/2 months postop and everything is MUCH better. The numbness is scrotum is gone. I can feel the tickle there with her tongue or finger. I’ve been cycling aggressively twice daily and now can pump up to 90% (plenty hard for sex) without any pain and go after it ruth her a solid :45 - 1 hour. Orgasm frequency has improved to probably 90%. The other 10% is probably just lowered libido due to the frequency. Often twice daily. I’m 64. She’s 31. She wants it a lot.
The erection itself now is harder than at any time in my life. Engorgement at 90% is very good with arousal and impending climax. She definitely feels the buildup in pressure as i get close and the throb at the actual moment of orgasm.
When new, we often hear that we’ll be having sex at “1 month” or “6 weeks”, or whatever. True. But for me the ability to adapt and enjoy has been a months long process.
…That has been well worth it. My girl thinks i’m a rock star in bed, able to fuck her longer, harder, and more frequently than ever before. It’s not uncommon for me to orgasm in her ass, spoon up behind her and cuddle her, and watch her blissfully fall off to sleep while still erect inside her.
Never could do THAT before, and love it!
Hang in there!

They say that the pain is 80-20 post surgery. Unfortunately I was in that 20 percent group however and at ten months later I'd do it all over again. Perito did my Titan and he is an absolutely amazing man and Dr. It took some time figuring out cycling etc and at 7 weeks I got to use it and gratefullyI 'm a a fully functioning man agin. My three years ED post Prostrate removal was an absolute nightmare. You will have issues with a very hard pump. It may feel useless in trying. All I know is that mine is soft and easy to use. Patience and trust in the process should you do his. Cycling has given me some length growth and girth continues to grow. Do it and GL to ya.

Good evening. This is just my experience. By reading these forums, I think a lot of people had an easier time out of the gate than I did, so take this with a grain of salt. How long did it take to enjoy sex again? I enjoyed it immediately, lol. However, it was uncomfortable early on. I started having sex again after 6 or 8 weeks but to feel 100%, like I could do anything I wanted for any length of time, it took 8 months for me to get there. Cycling stopped being painful around the 5 - 6 month mark.
I will do it all again if/when this bad boy fails. Good luck friend.

I started having sex 8 weeks after my surgery.
It was around 4 1/2 months after the surgery before sex was consistently pain and discomfort free.
