When your implant is deflated, how far do you feel the tips into your glans? Just trying to feel for if my situation is normal or not.
Thanks!!

My tips are 85%+ into the glans. Doesn't bother me but I know I have an implant. It is what it is.
I have a fellow implantee who has had 3 revisions due to floppy glans. I will keep my 85%+

I suspect the answer here is very dependent on the type of implant.
Think about high school physics, if you can remember back that far. And then look at what the implant manufacturers claim.
Any time you put fluid into a flexible cylinder and raise the pressure in it, it’s going to straighten out and lengthen some amount. However, neither the Titan nor the AMS CX were designed to lengthen appreciably when inflated. The only lengtheningbor change in position of the tubing ends within the glans is going to be really small.
The LGX, on the other hand, was designed to lengthen as it inflates. If I remember the manufacturers claims the 15 cm will increase by about an inch, the 18 cm about - 1/4 inches, and the 21 cm about 1 1/2 inches.
Regrettably (LOL) they don’t stuff your corporal cavity with as much implant as they can flaccid, wait til you heal, then inflate you and voila! You’re now a porn star. No, they stretch you out as much as they can inflated and then when you’re deflated, you have something resembling your original flaccid.
But it’s the location of the ends with the glans that you can palpate that changes between inflated/deflated. In my case the end or tip of implant is about 0.4” from the end of my cock, well into the glans when inflated. When deflated it’s probably 3/4” back from end, and the overall presentation is about 1.5” shorter (51/4” vs 6 3/4”).
What patters is a good seat for the implant end, well into the glans. That’s the real verdict on “have I been undersized?”

Also matters is how far your tunica/corpora extended into your glans before the implant and ED. I am sure that can vary between individuals, too. The surgeon can only insert the implant as far as your tunica goes.

I'm probably reading/ interpreting the question incorrectly because, like most responders, I'll say that it depends upon the size of the cylinders, the installer and your physical size pre-op. However, since the surgeon must 'sew' your tips through your glans, I made my answer easy on myself. I just pushed down on my glans and felt how far the cylinder tips are from my urethra opening. That, my dear friends, is 1/4". And that measurement doesn't change whether flaccid or fully pumped.
Cheers,
Edd
