Survey for Doc in Kaiser in soCal

Anyone gone through Kaiser in SoCal?
Looking for 2nd opinion since Moheydar and Aleman (Baldwin Park) screwed it up.

Go to Dr Lo Doyle at USC Keck if you want the best in your area.

If you are with Kaiser, you may be covered only within their managed care plan. If you cannot get insurance coverage, you can find if Dr. Rhee is available. I can see that FrankTalk member (HappyToy) had a successful implant with him in 2018.
If you are able to get it outside of Kaiser, Dr. Faisal Yafi and Dr. Karpman are top implant surgeons in CA.

Thank you! I'll search for Dr. RHEE. If I gotta pay outta pocket I'd go with the usual Suspects
