I have been open to older family members in my life and had a talk with my father inlaw last week, he had no idea about implants and has been battling what we all have gone through for 15 years. He is now getting a consultation with clavell and seemed very hopeful. Only saying all this cuz alot of us are embarrassed but sharing bad times in life and how you overcome may help someone you love.

Ive told quite a few people and have been amazed that most are pretty inquisitive about it.
Some are asking probing questions which leads me to believe they are having issues. Lastly my FIL was implanted 8-10 years ago and has been very helpful to me thru this

As far as telling family. My wife & I are the youngest of each side. She's lost her brothers. One sister is married & her husband is in his mid 80's. They are beyond broke. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd have to beg or borrow the Ibuprofen.
I'm down to 1 brother. I think he turned 80 this year. His wifes back is horrible. I doubt she could have sex now. He told me a few years ago that the sex just became too difficult. So they gave up.
Our son seems to of gotten better genes than I have. Doesn't have any of the crappy conditions that lead to ED in many cases.
All that aside. Their is no way on gods green earth that she'd allow him to know.
