Hello all,

Please read my previous post if you like.

I m 44 years old and will be 45 in 2 week. I had a great sex life and I mean like a ( porn star), at age of 40 I injured my dick with my wife. At that time I thought I had peyronies. 10 p-shot later, and many shockwave therapy fixed my deficiency. At that time (age 40) I was looking into the penile implant as my worst case scenario which I thought it was a great one. I never had ED. Luckily I was able to turn things around and dropped the idea of the implant.

As time went by, around age 42/43 I start to experience some occasional episodes of ed but notting serious. Me and my wife were still having great sex. Unfortunately around age 43 I had a few bad prostatitis that mess up my pelvic floor. Up to date I have been having pelvic floor dysfunction pain. I belive this is what is causing my erections problems. Ps. I been taking ED pills since age of 40 when I got injured. I started at the very lowest dose. I just got a p-shot combined with steam cell just last week in addition to shockwave therapy.

Anyway, last week I went for a date with my wife and I took the new sublingual ED med rugiet which is a combo of viagra and cialis. I took the smallest dose. It don't so much but a few week prior it worked really good. It was like I was back in my 30s... Today I went for a date with my wife and once again the meds dint work much. I was able to get an erection to Pentrate but it was not 100% hard the way I like. I funishid to quick. My wife ok looked and me and said, I love you... but I can see in her eye that felling of she wanting me and needed to orgasm. Usually we wait and go for round two which I can. But this time I was so turned off we left. Thebwiredbthibg is that this morning inwa tasting my self in the bathroom without any ed pills. I was watching a porno for 5 minutes and jurkiing my self. I got so hard I had to stop otherwise I would have come. But I wanted to save it for later in the evning when me and the wife got together. So my dixk is really doing its on thing. I may get an erection late this night or tomorrow but of course we can't have sex since webbith have to work. So I basically list control over its all I want to do is controll back. The implant should softest foe sure. I will be able to control when I need to be in action amd not the other way around.

I know some of you guys told me if I can still get erection wait little longer. I m not sure how the hell you guys waited so long to get an implant. I can never see my self with complete ED. This few bad experience is already to much for me. Maybe I m so sold out of the idea of a bionic dick that I don't even care anymore. Maybe my sex life has always been great and I won't except anything less. Just like some famous porn star with the implant. Once you experienced certain level you can't settle for less.

At this time I m so angry with my dick. I m scheduled for Surgery November 15th with Dr. Clavell one of the best. The worst case scenario I may need some revisions soonest than later but still I will finally be able to pound my woman untill she bag me to stop. The inside of my pines may not feel the same but mentally and emotionally I will feel like a God once again,...like the old good time. My dick served for 45 years. 5 kids later and great sex its time to retire it with a bionic dick - fair trade.

Pros of the implant;
No more pills, no more early ejaculatio, hard as an alien, finally anal sex, stay hard as long as I wish to insure that my lady will orgasm, no more Friday evening like this one writing my thoughts while I just finished the 3rd box of Anthony pizza which I would never done before. I m a mess...

Cons;
Early revisions due to failure (piece of cake)
1% risk of infection

I think if my calculations is correct the question is why not getting the implant?

Like you, i’ve had a vigorous and colorful sex life. Truly one of life’s great pleasures. Only to be cut down at the knees by ED due to veinous leakage. My confidence went to hell, only making me more self-conscious and increasing the likelihood of failure due to performance anxiety.

Patience is huge in this, because it WILL be different at first.
My wife and I got one in at about 8 weeks..
Obviously, at the beginning stages you are not completely healed so things are going to have to require a little more time..
Even though I was still a little sore, I had an orgasm that felt different because your body is receiving two different signals.
One pain and one pleasure.

Now 10 months in my sensation is EXACTLY as it was before.
Sometimes even more powerful.

What I LOVE about this implant is that if you get off before your partner, you can still keep going like a jackrabbit!

You both can reach the "finish Line" EVERY SINGLE TIME!

SO happy with this thing.
I would crawl thru broken glass to have this done again.

I can't wait. I will only focus on the positive outcome and story like yours. All the other people that thinks I m crazy to consider an implant before I go in complete ed is because they are ok with a mediocre sex life.

Implant is a great option but the recovery is not much fun. I would highly recommend you try the MAXIMUM dose of pills to see f it resolves your troubles also keep in mind you’ll probably want to continue the pills post implant for optimal encouragement.

Implant is a great option but the recovery is not much fun. I would highly recommend you try the MAXIMUM dose of pills to see f it resolves your troubles also keep in mind you’ll probably want to continue the pills post implant for optimal encouragement.

No pain no gain. I m totally ok with the initial recovery time. I can go to the maximum dose pills but for how long? What about side effect? In fact, i was taking up to 70mg of Viagra that worked ok. I never tried 100mg. Since my surgery is scheduled November 15th I will give it a try cause I m planning on having many more dates with my wife before surgery. In the event things do change for the better I can always push the surgery for a later day but once again what is the point. 2 month ago I changed medication and start Rugiet which is a combination of viagra and Cialis. I only took half of the dose. I never thought I would do that as I don't like taking medication. The first few times worked really well. But the 4th and 5th yesterday dint really do much. So now moving forward I will try the dull does and I will eventually go back to traditional viagra pill and will tey 100mg.

Ps. I don't agree that one must continue to take ed pills after the surgery. The implant will give an ever ending erection and very hard. The use of pills is more of preference for who wants to fill more engorgment.
