7 inches ? (Im)possible?
7 inches ? (Im)possible?
Hello, everyone. I have a simple question for everyone who has implants or has been more interested. My penis is EXACTLY 7 inches. What implant model is suitable for this size and is there an option to keep some thickness and length at all? Because most guys here with implants have signatures - 5.5 inches, 4.5 inches, 5.8, etc. Thanks in advance

Re: 7 inches ? (Im)possible?
The Titan goes up to 28 cm which is 11 inches. That can be increased with RTEs (rear tip extenders).
Now, a good bit of that stays inside of the body, but I don't think you have a problem.

Implanted June, 2022 by Dr. Karpman. 22cm Titan with 1.5cm RTE.

Remember, you are only able to measure the exterior dimension of your penis. The implant goes INSIDE your penis and the interior dimensions of your tunica albuginea and corpus cavernosum (which the implant essentially replaces) are only loosely related to your outside dimensions.
The Coloplast devices are made of a naturally stiffer material than the AMS devices, so is stiffer even when flaccid and has an edge in stiffness/rigidity when inflated which is marginal. All inflatable implants are essentially unbendable when fully inflated, so the Coloplast devices' extra stiffness is pretty much wasted. Nice to have, but no more useful than the AMS' rigidity.
But where the rubber meets the road is in girth. Coloplast Titan is larger diameter than the AMS devices. A larger diameter column has inherently greater column strength and resistance to buckling than a narrower column. This is an advantage as the column gets taller. (Consult any civil engineering textbook for a discussion of this.)
I highly recommend documenting your ERECT length AND girth with photos immediately before any treatment (including implant).
Discuss implant device choice with your surgeon and make sure he/she understands your concerns. Make yourself part of your medical team's decision-making process.

I'm 7 inches before I was 6.75inches so with your current length you should receive a 24 XL or 26 XL titan.

My surgeon absolutely refused to install the LGX for sizes over 18cm. He uses CX or Titan for that.

That's odd. My LGX is 21cm, plus a 2cm RTE. Everything works fine, and I can't imagine a harder erection.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly.
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7".

My dr won't install an LGX when you measure 21cm. He'll use the CX & he is very adamant about it. I think it all goes back to a study that claimed there was a risk of a 21cm or longer LGX being unstable. Don't ask me what that means. I can't imagine mine buckling or bending. With quite a bit of effort I might get mine to bend very slightly. I asked for an LGX. I did not expect to measure at 21cm. Great length, unless you have a really deep crus.
I think the deep crus should offset any chance of any rigidity issues. My implant is hanging onto my asshole for dear life. Actually, and this is strange to me. After an aggressive pumping session I can get more discomfort at the base of my implant than at the glans. Its a different discomfort. Glans pain is felt as an itching feeling, crus is more like pain but its not very bad.
I don't relish the thought that my implant might stretch on the end I don't want it to stretch on.

I didn't agree with him, but on the operating table he was the boss.
