Titan 22 cm + 1 cm implanted 21 sept 2023 in Belgium. Question about future size.

Hello everyone.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since my surgery in Hasselt, Belgium. This surgery went smoothly and I also had little or no pain afterwards. I find it quite exciting because the final result is not visible. Sometimes I am also quite uncertain about that.

I got a Titan 22 cm + 1 cm implanted. I still have some questions about the final length. My implant is still partially inflated. I have always been very happy with the length/width of my penis. I suspect the length in erection before surgery was around 14-15 cm. Now with a partially inflated implant I measure 12 cm. When my glans gets properly stiff it approaches 13 cm. I suspect some more will be added at full inflation? Anyone have an idea how much this is approximately? Is this half or full cm or more? Adding half a cm would make this 13.5 cm. I also read a lot on this forum about cycling/ stretching. How much can I gain? I am secretly hoping for a cm so that I eventually reach 14.5 cm. It sometimes makes me insecure when I see my penis because I have always had a long penis and now this is no longer the case (temporarily?).

I also read about RTE extensions, I was not told about this by the doctor. I do feel exactly 2 "things" at the bottom of my glans in addition to the 2 swelling bodies left and right. Is this the RTE then? The surgery report says Titan 22 cm + 1 cm. So does the 1 cm refer to this extension? I initially thought it had to do with the width....

For length you need to cycle, I believe from reading on frank talk that cycling 2x a day for an hour makes the most sense. My doc said 2x a day for 30 min. For me, in the beginning i had pain in my glands after about 5-10 min, then over time i could go 30 min, the glands pain subsided and i felt more pain in the base. Then after more time i could make it 45 min, then there was more pain in the top of the shaft just below the glands. Now i can go 1 hour without much pain. My surgery was May 2nd, each time block was about a month.

I had the same questions at the same point you are now at. I was not that concerned about size, but I had a Coloplast Titan 22 cm and 1.5 cm RTE. After about a year of inflating twice a day, sometimes as much as one hour each time, I ended up slightly over 7.5 inches in length and the girth was increased by inflating as well. The erect penis is amazingly straight. Like you, I had very little pain, swelling or bruising. The implanted length surprised me and is really larger than I remembered having when a young man. The inflating over one year added at least two inches from the first couple of months. I took some getting used to the new flaccid length and I get some glances around the lap pool and in the locker room. I have one pronounced dog ear when flaccid that is pretty noticeable in a swim brief.

Wow, what a great length and grow... I do hope i also can get more length. Because my surgery was only 3 weeks ago, i did not start cycling. I have an appointment next week so i guess then the implant will be "activated" and i can start cycling. When did you start cycling? What do you mean exactly by "dog ears"? English is not my native language so sometimes it's a little hard to understand. So you cycled for a full year?

Prior to implant I would use injections and a VED and could get to 7” maxed out with VED. Immediately after implant I was left partially inflated and measured about 5-1/2”. By first month I was at about 5-3/4 and was getting very worried about size loose! By 5-6 months I was at 6-1/4 maybe a little more. By 7-8 months I measured one day and was right at 7” again. And girth is bigger at base than I ever remember and slightly bigger along the whole shaft than prior implant. It’s a very slow progress. The dog ears are where the tubes bend. Imagine a straw that’s bent over. The creases at the bend sometimes show and can get very sore until you get used to them. You will also notice the tubes themselves get much softer and more flexible while flaccid as they break in. And by 6-8 months you start forgetting how it used to be as a grower. I love the new me as does my wife. Best decision I’ve had in many years

I'm curious about resulting length as well. I had my surgery 4 days ago and the length now is shorter than my flaccid length just days before surgery. It's partially inflated. I was 5" flaccid, I could vacuum pump to just above 6" which was about my erect size a few years ago. After the procedure the length is just above 4". I have 20cm with 1.5cm RTE. I'm hoping cycling starts to even things out. I'm not disappointed, but yet somehow I am a bit.

I think I'm often a bit impatient and I have to wait out the process in terms of cycling. The first few days after surgery I did have a hard time mentally. I had a panic attack because the length was less than I thought. And that made me doubt whether I had made the right choice. But looking at the forum here, this can definitely still work out well with cycling. It's kind of the uncertainty of what it's all going to be like long term. My surgery was 3 weeks ago now and haven't fully pumped up the implant yet. I'm going to wait for my doctor's instructions next week. A bit of a mindfuck at the beginning of the process though.

I've said this before. ED really messes up your mind. Your reactions are very normal to most implanted mens experiences. Time will resolve most or all your fears. It is the burden of the waiting that is hard to do.
Your English is fairly good. Do you also speak English or are you using translation software? I don't see any British style words in your post.

VED almost 8"

I have the exact same implant and after a few months I was just under 7" (17cm) and thicker around
Now 15months out, I am 7.25 (18.5cm) and clearly wider, if not truly thicker (my shape is more oval than round like my original penis)

But If you look on this site you will see surprising variation that goes beyond just the different size implants. Different people have different results with the same hardware ie same implant does not always get same final size as our internal measurements are not all the same

But in general-- 23cm implant is well above average
