What does it feel like?

When you pump up the implant and have a full erection, how does it feel internally compared to having a natural erection? Does it feel similar to a natural erection? Not at all? Do you feel like a tubing from inside your body?

Welcome to the forum Cm2756.

That question has been asked and answered many, many times on the forum. I recommend reviewing a few years worth of postings looking for likely subject lines. I did that when I first joined and found a lot of information that would have taken a long time to be answered by contemporaneous members and never answered at all by members no longer active.

The answers you read by doing so will be more numerous and deeper in substance in a shorter period of time than if you wait for current members' answers to trickle in.

To answer your specific questions, though, in my experience. When fully pumped, my erection feels indistinguishable from the erections of my teenage youth. The weight of it hanging out in front of my belly and the strain on my penile tissues every bit as strong and edifying. I do not feel as if there are just tubes supporting my penis/my erection. This is not like a prosthetic limb. The sensations of the skin and tissues over the tubing are almost indistinguishable from a natural erection. What I do miss is the spontaneous growing of the erection under the ministrations of my lover.

But as I wrote before. You will get a lot more information a lot quicker if you read a few years of old posts. It will take a weekend or two, but I believe you will find the time and effort well worth it.

It feels normal but harder. Harder like an 18 year old erection ready to burst. The variables are glands engorgement, mine is still good, if i pump up with zero arousal my glands look small and you can feel the tips of the implant, if i pump up when excited it looks and feels like a raging hardon. You will notice the implant most when flaccid, after you get used to it you feel normal.

Totally agree with lost sheep. Much more difficult to get used to the flaccid state than the hard on state. Fully pumped after break in 6 months or so is as good as any I can remember in past. All sensations were back after a few months. Love to pump it up while I’m getting a hood BJ by the wife

Feels like my teenage years / early 20s erections. Wife says it feels the same too (and she got dicked by me during that age range, so she's an authority on how it's been for a couple decades.)

I will say, I went from a grower to a shower. Flaccid it is not as comfortable as my grower was... still looks like a dick tho.

Thanks everyone, your answers are very helpful. I'm scheduled to get mine next week and my gut says to just get it done but I'm just nervous as hell.

Knowledge is power and information dispels nervousness and anxiety. Follow my prior advice and read up on other men's experiences. Keep in mind that men who have success stories are less likely to post than men who have problems (the success stories are probably too busy using their implants to spend much time posting).

Reading up will keep your mind occupied.

Thanks Lost! I’ve been lurking for quite awhile now. I’ve researched the crap out of it. I read the pdf one of the forum members made as well. I know this is the right thing for me to do, it’s just a major surgery so with that comes nervousness naturally. My wife is super nervous about it. She’s completely supportive but her mind always goes to the worse case scenario immediately with everything. So that’s contributing to the nervousness as well.

I can’t wait for the day that I don’t have to worry about losing my erection due to my damn venous leak. I think about it constantly. It’s always in the back of my mind. This is going to be life changing.

Yes, women tend to be protective of their men. Has she gone to the surgeon's appointments with you? Is she comfortable enough to ask questions? Have you shown her some of the success stories on FrankTalk? (Not enough to give her unrealistic expectations for your first sessions, though.)
