Circumcision before implant

From the pictures I've seen of guys with implants, the flaccid size of the penis appears larger. This prevents the foreskin from covering the glans when flaccid. I understand that the foreskin maintains the sensitivity of the glans, which is beneficial for sexual pleasure. However, if the foreskin no longer covers the glans, can it still serve its intended purpose? Why not just remove it? I'm considering getting circumcised before receiving an implant.

Moreover, after getting the implant, I'd like to have "Urofill," patented by Dr. Perrito, injected into my penis to enhance its girth. I've heard it's much simpler to administer on a circumcised penis.

Do you all believe it's a wise decision to get circumcised?

I'm uncircumcised. I would not add an unnecessary procedure to my penis unnecessarily. Circumcision is not without risk, and if (as you say) it serves no purpose but causes no problem, why?

Anecdotally, hand jobs and other types of stimulation by a partner SEEM like they are better accomplished with a movable foreskin than without, but hey....maybe that's just me. ;)

The head of my penis was never completely covered with my foreskin when I didn't have ED, but after a few years of atrophy I did get the turtle look. I'm thrilled to now have a glans that is half covered by foreskin when flaccid and can easily be pulled back to expose the whole glans and stay that way if I prefer it. When completely pumped, I don't think there's any difference in appearance between mine and a circumcised penis.

I was circumcised as an infant, and though I do think it makes hygeine easier, and improves the appearance of the penis, I don't think I'd have it done as an adult.
I've never had any problems, or regretted it being done, but I can imagine the risk and amount of pain would be much worse after puberty.

I was circumcised as an adult when I was 26, then I had it tightened up and frenulum removed when I was about 50. Much prefer the circumcised look and I think sex is better, I know I last much longer, but I really like it that I am cleaner down there. What it comes down to ultimately is what you and your partner prefer. I know my wife much prefers me being circumcised. If you want to be circumcised go for it. My circumcised penis with an AMS CX device looks great.

I was circumsized with my implant, I wouldn't really recommend it just to get urofill. It is a big difference to adapt too.

I am currently 100% natural but i've thought about getting some cosmetic adjustments if i ever get an implant done. I definitely would try to get a bit of my scrotum removed since i really have way too much, but i've also considered a circumcision since i prefer the "cut" look.

Had implant done on 3/23. Circumcised 10/23. I could not be happier, my dicks looks better than it ever has including when I was a teen. 61yo and couldn't be happier. I am in awe of my new dick.

aussiePeyronies I'm wondering from where the foreskin was removed for your circumcision. I've seem info on one that t was removed from the rear part of penis, maybe sometimes called 'cosmetic circumcision'.

I wonder because I'm not cut and I have a lot of foreskin-Turtle look. It can even cover the glans after implant. But I have had problem with anorgasmia since implanting I can have orgasm only with it fully pumped. I have wondered it less foreskin would tug on the glans and help with orgasm.
But at my age, I don't think I would want any incision near the glans because of nerve healing required. But I've had so much surgery I'm not sure I'd do this. But just wondering.

Groove - how are you finding being circumcised, has it affected your sensitivity?

So far, I miss the foreskin, although, my underside penis is still a bit numb from all the surgery.
