This thing gets easier to pump right? I might need to start forearm exercises again lol.

It does get easier with use - and faster with frequent use. Early on I was switching hands for relief - but now I can pump with either hand - sure helps no matter what the other hand is doing ;)

The pump bulb is stiffer when it's new. I use my right index finger on the side of the finger between the knuckle and the first bend in the finger and the lower part of my thumb below the knuckle, that way you are using your forearm muscles rather than the finger muscles. It makes it a lot easier to pump and allows you to get more half pumps in when the tubes get full and you've let you tissues stretch a little bit.

S-Works

I’m 10+ months postop. Titan classic pump. I can only pump up to about 60% 1-handed. Gotta finish the task two handed. Hand over hand. I’m no weakling either. I can’t imagine having grip-strength issues and doing this.

I used to worry about pump failure. Still do. But now i worry about hand failure!

Titan here.
It was a good year and a half before I started feeling that the pump was getting softer. Now, at 4+ years, nice and soft.
And yes, for those with newer Titan implants, adding hand and forearm strengthening will help. As well as a dry hand and scrotum.
Cycle twice a day...every day...a MUST.
If you must, use the two hand/thumb-over-thumb method to squeeze the bulb.

That's exactly what I've done from day one.
