Has anyone with implant tried PT 141? Is it safe. What about Trimix, would that injection damage implant. My implant works but its not surging hard like Trimix made me, but Trimix hurt and was too intense. Any suggestions

Trimix jell has been used by some placed inside the urethra. I do not know about PT141. If pills had some results you can try them. Some men use them after implant surgery. The implant has 2 cylinders and the third erectile body on the bottom side of your penis around your urethra does not have anything in it related to the implant. The trimix jell and oral meds help some men with engorgement of the third erectile body that also incudes the Glans.

I tried the PT 141. Combined with a few pumps, it gives you quite an erection.
The effects last for approximately 36 hours.
It was just curiosity, I don't use it anymore.
Tadalafil 5mg daily also gives very good results

Trimix injections will absolutely damage / destroy an implant.

TriMix Gel produced tremendous engorgement of glans and rounding of shaft for me after implantation. However it also gave me a burning achey feeling, even at the lowest dosage. The Gel wasn’t as painful as Muse, but still a distracting mood killer.

I’m now 1yr out from surgery and natural engorgement is slowly returning. I’m not refilling the Gel prescription as the benefit no longer justifies the burn. I’m currently taking 5-10 mg Tadalafil before anticipated activity. Not sure if it will be needed long term for now bit’s working with no side effects so I’ll continue using it.

No experience with PT-141.

PT141 can be great for added volume in the penis and for some it really helps with their libido. I have posted about it a few times in the past. You will need to start low and work you way up to a good dose to avoid getting sick for a few hours. I worked up to 1mg twice a day on the days I knew I would be playing with the wife.
once its get in the system and does its thing, its great. I could get a 50% -60% erection without any help at all. Maybe even a little more.
Im also really big into peptides so I have a bad ass source that doesnt rape people on prices lol. So I get a few bottles at a time.
Same for my healing post op right now. I am taking large doses of BPC 157 daily ( 2-3 mg ) along with TB500 and GHK-CU .

Wrong, use needles & watch us all laugh at you needing a full revision.

Explain what you mean by lack of "surge". I wonder if you have a different issue with your implant. The general meaning of surge in America is a sudden rush. Like a surge of a flash flood.

I have actually found that Melanotan 2 works for me as good or better than PT 141. Last night I did .15 injection and took it with 2 5mg Cialis. Woke up with very hard wood and kept me awake for a good long time as was worried about the 3 hour erection.

Its definitely something I will explore more along with the Trimix. I would not mix Trimix with any PD pill. Never

the inflatable implant cylinders are basically long ballons,and trimix needs to injected deep into the penis, where your implant now is . You would poke a hole in it .
