Four Years Coloplast Titan

It will be 4 years tomorrow since I was on the surgery table getting my implant. Didn't sleep but a couple minutes the night before. This was my first surgery as an adult going under anesthesia, so I didn't know how my body would react.
The surgery went fine, the following few months were tough healing. By six months out all was ok, by one year out it was like a part of me. It felt as good as my old natural dick.
The biggest thing I regret is not doing more research about implants. Tried to watch an implant video and couldn't make it past the second incision, despite the fact I've stood next to a surgeon in the OR a couple of times. I didn't find FT until five months post. The things I've learned here is a textbook of knowledge.
No regrets getting this done. My advice to any guy considering an implant is do it. If pills or injections no longer work, quit fighting it and do it. Do it before you lose length to ED. Do it to keep your partner happy. Do it before depression sets in and ruins your mental state.
Edit: After the fact I looked back at my surgery story. My date is wrong. Correct date is 11-08-2019.

Awesome Old Guy. Mine is also around that time too and I regret not having it done years before.
It's great that guys like yourself are still active on FT helping and encouraging others.

Hey, Old Guy! I had my implant done on your anniversary: November 8 11 days ago. Things seem to be coming along well and I a am SO happy to see my buddy back! Still a bit achey when fully inflated and deflated it feels like there's bit of a chub goin' on down there and it gets bit over sensitive. In a couple of days I get my stitches out. Looking forward to having the runway cleared for sex!

Congrats OG, and thank you for sharing your experience and advice with us. As Thailandbound said, you are an important asset to this forum. I also wish I found FT and had my implant sooner, but this is how it is. No regrets.

Old guy, your message is well said to say the least, I had 2 years of not being able to penetrate my wife, she was a trooper and made sure I was taken care of for that time but my “male ego” was in the sewer. I’ve always been into pleasing my partner. When I first told my wife I was moving forward with the implant she thought I was crazy. I had my first implant that was botched big time but the great Dr. That did my total revision is a great surgeon and my wife is soooooo happy that we saw him. She can’t get enough of my new bionic manhood and she is very well taken care of. I ended up longer and thicker than I ever was. She won’t inflate it which I wish she would but hey I get oral almost every night and she loves when I inflate it in her mouth as she goes down on me. That leaves her nice and wet and very ready for what’s next. My “male ego” is through the roof at this point too. I wish I had had this done sooner but due to other medical issues I could not but we are making up for lost time.
