Still doing my research and asking tons of questions

It doesn't seem like it would be that obvious to others you had an implant unless they was playing with your balls etc; I've checked out porn stars with them like mick blue and it doesn't seem that obvious

In your experience how obvious is it you have one and also how has the response been from partners etc? Do they make you feel as less than a man by having one etc as you are bionic? Or generally has feedback been good and they aren't really bothered?

Like the answer to most things, it just depends. In my opinion based on my implant. Where the pump is determines a lot of the visual clues. My pump is quite high. Mainly due to my very deep cruz. There was only so much tubing between the pump & the cylinders. Having to go up a long ways meant that there wasn't much tubing to go lower in my scrotum. The up side to this is my pump is easy to grab ahold of & seldom pops out of the way during pumping. The downside is my pump is visible more than most implanted men. My dr has said he could move it but not very much. After my one year anniversary I might consider it but for now I'll live with it.

For me it depends on what I'm wearing. In jeans you'd never know. In sweatpants if I stand wrong and you're staring you maybe notice a bulge. In my underwear forget it, it sticks out. Nice big bulge that years ago I'd have been happy to have.
Definitely if someone grabs your sack they probably going to ask questions.

On the fully erect it is not noticeable at all.

On the flacid it is very obvious.

While squeezing the testicles it is totally obvious, no matter erect or flacid

Penis fully pumped, not noticeable at all
Penis flaccid, not noticeable at all
Scrotum 100% not noticeable until it's grabbed, then you'd feel the pump between the boys.

This was a consideration of mine and one reason I chose AMS. When not deployed, I didn't want to think about my dick or how it looks/feels.

Thanks, if I have to go down the implant route I will push for the AMS, I do lots of sport and was previously a competitive bodybuilder so still go gym 5-6x a week so didn't want it to be too obvious like walking around with a semi etc
