Guys who got it done via Infrapubic approach.

How bad was the pain and how long did it last? Bleeding? Cycling began at what day? How long before you can starting having sex?

Pain is relative and is affected by multiple issues. I see posts here that guys had almost no pain and others were ready to commit suicide.
For me pain was 8/10 for the first 2 weeks but I had a drain and swelling issues. I have a high pain tolerance typically…
Bleeding was not bad at all, but again I had a drain issue.
I started cycling around 10 days, Dr Hakky wanted to have me cycling at 4-5 days but swelling and a hematoma made that impossible.
I had my first sex at 31 days.
Over all it was not a bad experience. I think the biggest issue with IP is the pubis swelling which takes several weeks to subside, about 8 weeks for be and I think the actual incision is still a bit swollen. While my penis looks like its back to its former length the incision site is taking up about 1” of length at 10 weeks. I think a year from now itll be fine and it doesnt matter I had my wife speaking in tongues yesterday
If I didnt have PD with significant plaque buildup on the top of my penis and was strictly and ED case I wouldve went PS but I trusted my Dr was making the best decision for a great outcome. He had to go IP to fix the PD damage. Im good.

Like Ben says, it all depends on how you handle pain. For me I was in misery for the first few days. The drugs doc gave did nothing but make me nauseous. At my two week follow up I was still so sore doc could not deflate me. Then a reaction to the antibiotic on the cylinders made me feel like my penis was sunburned.
Had no bleeding from the incision, but a little bit from the catheter in my urine. I was never instructed to cycle. First sex at 6 weeks made me hurt. From there on pretty much inflated daily to masturbate or for sex.

Ive read that Doctors now give some nerve blocker that stays active for several days. I guess it must be requested. Did you lose length or girth? How many weeks did it take for pain to go away?

Nerve blocks can last for 2-3 days. Not sure they were being used in 2019 when I was implanted.
Yes, I lost length. 13 years of fighting ED and I'm about one inch shorter than my good days. I actually gained a bit of girth.
Pain wise, the drugs doc gave did nothing for my pain, made me nauseous. Had to go to Percocet at day 9 to knock the pain down. By week 6 pain was down to minimal. Still uncomfortable, but not like the first few days.
