Trimming a Coloplast cylinder

Just had my Coloplast Titan installed.
Dr. Eid says he used 20 cm unit with the right side trimmed to 19 cm.
How do they trim it without puncturing the inflatable cylinder?
I assume he did it to straighten my 40° Peyronie's curve?

I am interested in this answer.

I assume the trim comes in on the backside of the cylinder, like the opposing function of a RTE?

That is something few doctors who are really high volume and skilled do to avoid RTE’s
The trimming is done from the end which goes into the crus.

I had a 22cm titan trimmed to 21 cm. Clavell told me most surgeons would have given me a 20 titan with abunch of RTEs. He said he wanted to give me max length. I’m also curious about this too now.

Fine customisation of an already finely engineered device.
Eid and Clavell are the Kings of implants.
Dr. Eid has the experience and wisdom that Clavell will, as a younger professional with many years ahead of him, take to. most undoubtedly, even grander levels as newer technologies evolve.
Guys like Dr. Eid have the honor of being the pioneers of the profession.
Kudos to them both for helping men have so much that, in part, defines a man and motivates us.

if you look at the demo for coloplast implant, the bottom part has more silicone that could be trimmed.
