I have finally made the decision to move ahead with an implant to remedy my ED of the last two years. I’ll be having my procedure with Dr. Cordon in Miami in March (I had to push it till then because of my schedule).

He says he’ll probably be putting a 24 cm Titan in me. I have 17 cm SPL and the rest is internal I suppose.

Because I have multiple partners, we’ve talked about discrete placement of the pump behind the testicles, to make it less noticeable.

I agree with HIllywilly, I would not characterize my erection as oval, anymore than my natural penis was oval. My natural penis was not a perfect circle and neither is this. TBH, I would personally be more concerned if my implanted penis was a perfect man-made circle, as that would not reflect what I was naturally.

I am only ten days post-surgery, so I cannot really answer your question, except to wonder about your premise. I get blowjobs many times a week (at parties and at bars) and I would rate it poorly if he didn't play with my balls--at least a little. My pump seems huge and heavy and sits below my balls. It is quite obvious, and as others reported, it would be an instant giveaway when touched. I don't mind telling everyone about it--I have already told dozens of friends--but we are in group sex situations all the time, and it would be impossible, especially since talking isn't exactly cool in tight groups.
