my wife had some minimal scarring after breast implants. Surgeon recommended topical steroid and silicone sheets to keep it hydrated. I would check with your surgeon first since you might be still healing.

sorry to hear about your scarring down there. Although I didn't have any issues, my wife has used Mederma gel. No telling how effective that particular treatment was, but her small scars are nearly invisible now.

Well, then he's probably too busy to reply anyway.

I had a scrotoplasty at the same time as the implant procedure so I had a long scar. It looked a little like a zipper. I waited until it was mostly healed and then used Mederma twice a day. I had a good result. I use Mederma on all my cuts and scars and this stuff really works. Also, I was told by both my urology surgeon and later by my dermatologist that the scrotal skin is extremely forgiving. I was told that it helps to gently massage the scar in addition to the Mederma.
Healing takes time. I think it was two or three months after the surgery before I thought the scrotum would look right. I was a little worried for awhile since the scrotoplasty is supposed to make the erect penis look better. I took some pictures of the progress through the process.

I had a scrotoplasty also and for my repair the doctor could not find the scar. I did nothing but just let it heal. I also had hydrocele surgery and that scar cannot be found either and it was as big as the scrotoplasty. The Repair scar is gone now also. Again, I did nothing to treat the scar. Not sure the stuff works or it just gives you something to do while things heal.

I think your results are common. Seems like scrotal skin heals very well. Just takes some time. But having said that. Using some of the scar reduction products couldn't hurt the process either. Might be able to find them at your local big box store.
