Finally off my back after Dec. 6 implant from Dr. Eid
Catheter out, hot bath taken, 1st cycling session completed successfully to 100 % inflation for 20 minutes.
No scrotal swelling at all. Only pain is where the reservoir tube runs up over the pelvic bone next to the penis shaft.
I think diligent bed rest with constant icing the first two days after surgery, as emphatically prescribed by Dr. Eid is the key to no swelling or pain in the scrotal area, facilitating early cycling, where I get to start playing with my new toy sooner than later (three days as opposed to three weeks).
Can't wait until the next cycle session!

Congrats on joining the bionic club. Nice you're having not much soreness and cycling already!

Yes. So far, only issue is the pain and tenderness upon certain movements over the pelvis alongside the bottom of my penis where I can feel the tube from the pump to the reservoir. I am thinking that some tissue may have been torn with the placement of the reservoir from the scrotal incision through that area to the lower abdomen.
I am very lean and really no fat padding in that area.

Placing the reservoir is through one incision. The body reacts like it's foreign and can be sore. I'm quite thin too, had no problem with that part.

I’m in competition shape with single digit body fat, veins are visible in my stomach if that gives an idea. I had my reservoir placed in my pubic area and it’s almost completely hidden, if I stretch out you can see a small bump from the end of the reservoir. I was pretty sore there the first week. The pain is now about 75% less 11 days post op. My surgeon said give it two weeks.
Where your reservoir was placed I think plays a big role in discomfort after surgery. Us guys with very low body fat makes it hard to hide. My surgeon told me in recovery I’d be sore at the reservoir site because he had to split my muscle.
