Pump Bulb

Was Implanted 3 weeks ago and got in hot bath this morning for everything to loosen up and relax and I have no idea how people pump that bulb if mine is like everyone else's.
It's a titan and that bulb feels like a rock.
Tried with one hane then both thumbs and that thing will not move at all.
Maybe just a small bit or may just be the skin against the bulb, but does this get any easier?
If not I have no idea how I will ever be able to press that hard enough to get it to pump

I was implanted Nov 8 (Dr Eid) and started cycling day three (in hot bath). I found that squeezing the pump between the knuckle of my first finger and my thumb works well. And, yes, it definitely gets easier. Now, one month later it's pretty easy to fully pump quickly. Just keep pushing through!

As Belle mentioned - Coloplast has an online video that shows squeezing the pump between the knuckle of your fore finger & thumb … Was helpful when I first started cycling

Those bulbs are very hard to pump at first. Try using both thumbs, one over the other. Make sure you cradle the bulb in other fingers so it doesn't slip away and pop the boys. The hot baths should help too. Good Luck.

Yes, the bulb is very hard at first.
For quite some time after I startedu using the implant, I had to use two hands to inflate--one to hold the pump steady and the other to pump.
But it does soften, as will the cylinders. I'm just shy of three years since I got the go ahead to have sex, and last night I pumped up with one hand while I was finger fucking my wife with the other hand.

Lots of advice above that I agree with. Especially Bellebite's finger position. It has more leverage that allows more pressure to be applied to the pump
Rest assured, even the AMS pump is like a rock at first. 1-2 pumps was a major achievement for me. As the pumps soften up over time they get easier. Yes, it is frustrating at first when you read about guys getting a lot more pumps in before sex. I called it my implant physical therapy. Don't fear baby pumps, if you can dent the bulb? You moved some saline. Just not a lot. As you get farther along on your cycling, those baby pumps is where you be getting gains.

In the coming days it won’t be the only thing hard as a rock. Have patience and it will get easier

11 months postop here. Agree with all the above. It most definitely will soften. I’m a strong guy, but still need two hands to fully inflate. Also, i find slightly rotating the pressure points on the bulb allows me find the “sweet spot” for easier pumping. Although it’s a round bulb, some points will simply not inflate until i rotate my fingers around it a bit.

Cup the other hand over the pumping hand . You can generate more power AND your pumping hand won't fatigue
