My question is straight forward, what’s the longest you have lasted after having a penile implant?

Not - how long you can .
Not, how long you want to.

Your actually act of lasting long when you had sex.

And

A. Did both of you orgasm?
B. Did they tap out?
C. You got tired of thrusting?

Before I had ED, I had Premature Ejaculation. I never get repeat business I.e. let’s fuck again!

Well... I too had PE prior to my implant. Not anymore. I contribute that to some loss of sensitivity.
I'd have to say the longest has been 45 minutes +. The nice thing about the implant is...even after you go, you can continue to satisfy your partner.
