Hey all - newbie here on FT and with the bionic penis (12/18/23).

I know I'll find out in time but, how long of an erection might I have with the 700 LGX 18cm + 3cm rte left & 2cm rte right that the dr. installed?

Thanks!

The LGX is supposed to expand in length and girth by 20% or so. Just keep cycling and doing the Perito exercises and it should fill out. Please keep us updated.

I am still researching the implant option.

Not gone into to full ED just yet. Would like to avoid injections

Yeah, I'm not even 1 week out of surgery so I haven't started cycling process yet. It's just the "testosterone" asking.

You left out one important piece of info: how big was your best pill or injection induced erection before you had surgery?

This is far from an exact science. Dicks aren’t built the same. The distance from the end of the corporal cavity to the end of the glans varies. The depth of the crus is supposed to be between 2/3 and 3/4 of the overall penile length but (a) not everybody’s anatomy follows that rule and (b) that’s a pretty wide gap.

Based on an 18+ 2 on one side, 3 on the other we can split the difference. Call it 20.5 cm of implant. That’s 8.07 inches.

If your crus falls into that range, that’s 5.32-6.05 inches of penis that can be measured via BPEL (bone pressed erect length). You’ve got roughly .4 inches from end of the implant to tip. That means your projected length would be in a range from 5.72” to 6.45” with a length of 6.08” considered the mid range or most likely result.

Truth time: you’ve got an LGX. Assuming it was installed right, where you will end up is where you started, within 1/8” give or take. Most likely give.

Do you know your distal & proximal measurements from surgery?

There are an infinite number of ways to calculate this and not a single one of them is much good. Quick and dirty math you’ve got 20.5 cm of implant, I’ve got 23. That’s 2.5 cm, or an inch. You ought to end up an inch shorter than me. I’m at 6.8, you’d be at 5.8. But it doesn’t work that way either.

Best gift I can give you this Christmas is to tell you that a year from the surgery, you’re going to be with 1/8” of what you had beforehand with a decent erection. To get down to the gnat’s ass I lost .06” and that ain’t a loss, that’s a measuring error.

Regardless of anything, you now have an erection that won’t fail. No more apologies for it deflating at an inappropriate time.

Txagq8 - thanks for the detailed reply! I never measured my size before the RP & ED problems. Since then the erection wasn't that good so it didn't really matter. In the drs notes he put "distally to be at 7cm and proximal to be 13 and 14cm" though I have zero clue what that means with "reservoir with 90cc's of sterile saline".

And lastly, I would be ecstatic if I ended up at 5.8" +/- ... my wife would have problems if it was much bigger than that.

Everything written prior is good, I will add, while you will likely be close to natural length if you use a first rate surgeon, there are mitigating factors like PD and hard flaccid.
I was a PD patient at 6.5” I am now 14 weeks out and 5.0” I hope to get a 1/2” back within the first year. I doubt Ill see 6” or more. My dick was pretty bent up and the remedy cost me size.
That said The first time I had sex at 4 weeks I was 4.5” and my wife came like a freight train. Im starting to think technique over size…

Yes, I'm sure technique has more to do with the wife's satisfaction than the size, however, as I stated above, it's, uh, my testosterone, not me, asking the size question!

Also, no PD (I assume that's Peyronie's disease??) and don't I know what "hard flaccid" is.

100% hard as fuck erections whenever you want is the main objective. You'll love it no matter what size you end up

I've seen 21cm of AMS implants get around 5 1/2" length up to in the high 6" range. I believe you should check rodsmen posts. He has an AMS CX. I'm thinking his length & girth is on the upper end of whats achievable. Naturally very large & he has posted lots of pics. He's been posting alot recently.

Spelling corrected.
