Overcrowded scrotum

Another question for everyone ...
I'm worried that the scrotum is going to very crowded with the AUS valve and now the new AMS 700 LGX pump bulb. I already have issue using the AUS to pee when it's cold and I can't imagine if I was skiing or working outside since the sack would be completely "gone" due to the cold.
How do people deal with scrotum shrinkage? Is there a trick (aside from using a warm compress) to get the sack to relax?

I'm wondering the same thing because I just started cycling and 4 weeks post op.
Can imagine trying to get bulb pumped and finding relief valve when there is shrinkage or cold

Haven’t you read all the threads about how difficult and challenging this issue is?
…yeah, neither have I. It’s not an issue. Unless you’re boning Frosty’s wife in the front yard I suppose.
Even on the coldest mornings or after a cold morning swim my pump is not detectable to the naked eye in my scrotum, and a little feeling around down there still allows me to find the landmarks on the pump. If you’re like me, my sack tightens up during sex too, not an issue.

Ya got me going with your opening sentence! Thanks - it's good to know since it's getting very crowded down there.

My sack tightens up considerably at times. Along the way i had some complications from an earlier surgery in my youth due to an undescended testicle. In my late 30s something happened and it started climbing and forming scar tissue. It was repaired, but over time it started creeping up again. My right nut rode way high and my sack pulled up tight at times along with it.
I wrote Dr. Perito about this and he actually created a “meet the penis” episode addressing my letter directly.
In a nutshell, he said it wouldn’t be an issue. Consulted with him and he examined it. He assured me there was much more skin to work with than i realized. Dr. Clavell, who did my surgery, assured me likewise.
Now, at 11 months, it’s never an issue. It’s not always tight, but when it is i still can reach up and find all the parts. Things move around in there. In fact the pump and tubing seem to have mitigated the nut “riding high” phenomenon.

Good question. In my younger years I was in the outdoors alot in the winter. This is my first winter with an implant but my winter hobbies have declined.
Best I can say is my dr said I had a large scrotum. Heck if I knew that. I can understand the AUS making it crowded in there. But honestly I haven't noticed any scrotum shrinkage. But its only been in the low 20's around here. Maybe a pump in there reduces the shrinkage.
I guess science requires me to monitor that.

Maybe a few times since I’ve had mine my scrotum has been a little tight. But, nothing that a good grab of the pump and a good stretch wouldn’t fix! As said earlier, I’ve never read where this is an issue after the initial swelling has gone down, and most likely won’t be with you. Good luck with your implant try not to worry about the little things…..

My surgeon installed my AUS after the 700 lgx. My aus pump is low on the right side. Shows when just hanging. My 700lgx pump is just under penis base more on left side with the bulb facing right side. I run sporting dogs in sub freezing temperatures. When I reach my destination through all the layers of clothes, there is not a problem. Before the AUS with all the freezing piss there was a problem. Modern science is amazing.
