Hello I'm 39y and suffering bad venous leakage about 5y, pills won't work. Sex is going with with shots (invicorp) penis is getting smaller because no morning or other hard ones than shots. My urology says that implants are so unreasonable and bad and used mostly WHEELCHAIR PATIENTS which have a completely dead penis. And that the implant is not for me because shots working. I'm frustrated and wanting the implantation soon. Ams 700 is only model that used here in europe

Obviously you need to talk to a different Dr.

An implant stops their gravy train. Once you get it, your ED is cured for a decade or two. There's no money for a urologist from a man with a wonderfully working penis.

My own brother is an MD. Family practice. (“The cream of the crap” out of medical school, by his own admission).
Compared to the knowledge one can obtain here freely on franktalk, he was shockingly ill informed about implants. This, despite having had prostate surgery himself.
OP. Find a new doctor. I’m a LONG way from a wheelchair. In the gym regularly. Avid sailor. Pilot.
…and im happily implanted.

Where in Europe? It is my understanding that there are more implant models/makers available in Europe than in the U.S.A.
I agree with other men who have answered you, that you need to find a different doctor. One who specializes in sexual function, not a general practitioner or even a general urologist.

I could have gone with the injections but jumped ahead to the implant.
So very glad I did.
Feeling is still there, and I am hard on demand.
After cycling I didn't lose anything. 7+" and 5.5-6" girth
Don't listen to a quack. research yourself and make an informed decision.

The implant is for anyone suffering from ED and is another option to overcome ED just as any medication is.
As someone whom is in a wheelchair full time, I must say it was the best option I had!
