Hello, a question, did the implanted people notice a difference in the size of the glans after the prosthesis and before? I mean, the glans continues to grow the same after the implant? Or does the glans not enlarge after surgery? I am 33 years old and I am very close to making the decision to have the implant because neither pills nor injections work for me, but my glans when I have half erections still grows quite a bit and gives a lot of size and thickness to the penis so I am worried that it will be lost. glans size. Thank you.

Your glans is fed by a separate blood supply than is your shaft, there should be little difference, but no guarantees.

Only 25 days post-op here but have been sexually active since 17 days post-op and I find that iff I pump up to 100%, my glans don't engorge that much and remain somewhat cold to the touch.
However, if I deflate to about 50% , I get good glans engorgement and the most sensitivity.
I usually pump up initially to the max. for penetration missionary, doggie, and cowgirl, as my girlfriend likes the rock hard penis. When I am ready to finish after her orgasms, I go down to 50%. At 50%, with her now wide open, I can still penetrate and finish with fully engorged glans and good sensitivity.

Post op after one year Coloplast Titan I suffered floppy head. I did look into alternative surgeries however after much time it seems to have gotten to an almost normal state. It isn't what I originally had but I'm satisfied. The implant will do nothing for the glans. I did try Trimix gel and this stuff absolutely works. You apply it into the head. Reason I stopped is because there is a med in trimix that will cause pain. It's different for everyone. I had injected Trimix for years and it was usually very painful. Awful really. I tried different dosages with the gel and when even using the smallest dosage it worked but he pain persisted so I gave it up. It is quite expensive.
Even today when getting started with sex, the head is a bit floppy and upon the excitement, it hardens from blood rushing to it.
