For the Guys who had partial/full function prior to implant…
How is your glans after implant?
Does it still engorge?
How about if you take a cialis/viagra?
Hows the sensitivity?
Does it get numb?
Thanks in advance

Clavell just made a video about glans. Go watch it:
https://youtu.be/FwAvz1IucSU?si=UNboxpF-MFcpaHeZA penile implant imitates erection/bloodflow in corpus cavernosum. %95 of the time it doesn't change anything other than that part of your penis.
Let's say you broke your forearm. You had to be implanted with a prosthetic bone. Would that change the functionality of your fingers? No. Would that change neurological or vascular structure of your hand? No, it'll be the same.
Similar situation. If you have great glandular engorgement, it'll be the same. If you don't get good bloodflow into your glans, it'll be the same. If you don't have great sensitivity, it'll be the same. If you have premature ejaculation, it'll be the same.
Some people claim they lose sensitivity, but those cases are exceptions. In most cases, an IPP won't change anything other than giving you a fake erection in your corpus cavernosum. It won't magically heal or destroy any other function of your body.
There are always potential complications with every single surgery. That's why you should find the best surgeon you can find.

Sensitivity is similar to when i could get iron erections from my 20s. Sex is better because i never have to rush. Name almost anything about your dick and its better post op.

You might have some loss of sensation after surgery for a while, but it comes back. My glans engorge just like before. Sensitivity is just like before, maybe better because having an erection allows full skin contact. I have not taken any other drug (Viagra, Cialis, etc) since my implant. Don't need them and neither does anything for me anyway.

13 months in Coloplast Titan. Post implant I had a floppy penis head, looked into alternative surgeries and used Trimix Gel. It worked but gave it up due to one of the three meds can be quite painful. Over time my glans is almost back to normal. It isn't an issue anymore. Time heals every area. length, girth etc. I'd always panic big time back then. GL to ya.

I find that my routine cycling to erection is a rather non-erotic chore. It’s physical therapy. During those moments my penis is as hard and long as before. Harder, actually. Being unaroused my glans is unengorged and cold. My dick is has a more oval shape.
It took a few months but when aroused, and especially when nearing orgasm, my glans fully engorges and is a shiny purple. The spongiosum fills on the underside and overall my dick has the round appearance of old. My girlfriend can easily perceive the change and in turn her enthusiasm and ministrations increase in intensity…a happy cycle. The harder i get, the more turned on she becomes, and thus i get even harder. Full orgasm is a full, swollen throb now.
It took awhile. Although i never lost sensitivity in the glans i was numb in the scrotum and lower, bottom, 1/3 of shaft for months. Sensitivity is fully restored at 1 year postop, though i’ve been enjoying sex with ever-improving sensitivity since week 10.
I will occasionally take a 20 mg Cialis to facilitate glans engorgement.

I had used cialis for over 10 years so after implant I stopped and the engorgement went mostly away. So I started using cialis again and I get great engorgement of the glans. Occasionally I’ll not use any for several days and the wife will surprise me and jump my bones. It doesn’t get as engorged as with cialis in my system but I still get some. Generally just take 5mg daily as it’s pretty cheep with a local compounder in town and seems to help my BPH. As others said it might take a few months but you should be no different after implant than previously

Hi Alex, by floppy glans, you mean the implant tips did not reach your glans? or they reached but the glans did not engorge?
in my case the cylinder tips do not reach the glans and i wonder if someone went through the same, i am very worried
