Maybe this should be in the humor section but,, In the news today the Secretary of Defense went missing without reporting it to Biden. As I listen to the reports that he had an elective procedure. Something goes wrong and 2 days later he is in intensive care at Walter Reed medical center. Being a high profile individual, MAYBE, he had an implant then got a bad infection. How do you explain that to the whole country, if you are a private guy. It fits the scenario of why he didn't make it public.

Interesing! I've told all but a few close friends I had hernia surgery. I have to walk bent over at the office to my desk to hid the 50% woodie I'll have for at least 10 more days. It works.

I thought the same thing!

What is one operation that you won't tell anyone about?

That was my first reaction exactly

Last night out of the blue my wife said “I think Lloyd Austin got a penis implant”

Didn’t even cross my mind when I heard about the situation, but she said it’s the first thing she thought. Apparently my wife thinks about large black man penises more than I thought. :D

Over the years this subject has been talked about a LOT! General consensus is usually hernia surgery.

Told everyone I had a cyst on a testicle that had to be cut off. Nobody asked any questions, most guys cringed at the thought.

I am getting to see why so many questions on here are answered with strange statements or information already covered by others in their text. Some guys only read the heading and then give an answer. My topic was about Lloyd Austin the Secretary of Defense that went missing. The heading was only an eye catcher like a news headline

Why keep the lid on a PC operation. That situation should be used to tell the world (especially black guys) to get and follow your PSA numbers, just like Betty Ford did with breast cancer.
PC sounds like a good cover story though if he did get an IPP. News folks had to get something once they started digging. Both operations are done by a urologist.
