Stretch test question

At my consultation the Dr. assistant performed the stretch test my anxiety level was high and I was definitely turtling more than usual, he pulled my penis out really aggressively and measured it at 5 inches. I have measured many times over the years and I know I have definitely lost an inch minimum with ed but have never measured that size before.
I have always measured bone press to the GLANS TIP , my question is when the doctors perform this test is it to the tip of the glans or to where the shaft meets the crown of the glans which would be shaft length?

Think of it as a rough estimate. After I was cleared to cycle, at full pump I was a longer than I was during the stretch test.

The stretch test is basically meaningless. The measurement isn't used in your implant selection whats so ever. Btw, my dr measured to the tip, urethra. First followup exam I was .5cm longer. Last time I checked I was 2cm longer.
Don't pay any attention to the test. Your dr doesn't want to hear how long you think you used to be. Once sedated & cut open. Your body relaxes & a true internal measurement is done up (distal) & down (proximal). Add those together. An implant is selected & rtes are added to arrive at your total implant length. How hard he pulled or how much you turtled is irrelevant.

One of the top Drs in the country said that if any Dr uses a stretch test as any means of telling you what size you will be after implant isn’t worth going to. It is meaningless! Stretching doesn’t take anything into effect. Blood flow, engorgement….useless.
