Jan 22nd I was implanted by Dr Carrion using the titan classic. I think size was 18cm with 3cm extenders. I'm now day 4 and never really had any scrotum pain just shaft pain mainly towards glan. Pointing up against body is painful but I guess it's best for healing. Home health nurse came in and said everything is looking great. Balls are dark purple and some bruising on shaft but not alot. I'm not a big guy by any means but I think I'm gonna like the look.
Few questions. When did you start moving the bulb around in sack? I can't take pics of area on bottom of sack but would there be an incision there? Pain meds don't work to much so any advice to get more comfortable. Thanks

Congratulations cth524, welcome to the Bionic Brotherhood
My doc told me to try and grasp my pump bulb and gently pull it down, I think that was a few days after the surgery.
I could barely touch it but I would try and put two fingers on it and pull it a little. The reason for this is to keep the pump from migrating to the top of your scrotum.
The doc gave me hydrocodone for pain meds which did help to take the edge off the pain. I used gel ice packs covered with a face towel to keep my balls from freezing. I would use these gel ice packs all day and at night too. I've heard some guys use a bag of frozen peas too, to keep the scrotum comfortable. It will get better soon.
Good Luck,
S-Works

Welcome to the bionic club. Pain is going to determine what you are able to do. Yea it's going to hurt to move the pump but it shouldn't be so painful you feel like passing out. Pain meds doc gave me did nothing, tramadol and hydrocodone only made me nauseous. Percocet helped but side effect of constipation wasn't nice. Many say icing the sack helps. Once your incision is healed and doc gives the ok to bathe a hot bath can reduce the pain a lot.
The first week or two are the toughest. Hope you heal up quick.

Its been 5 days now and pain has eased some but still uncomfortable when walking. Swelling in scrotum has gone down alot but still have some. I'm able to feel the pump I believe but not sure. The swelling in shaft has also gone down. I liked the girth when it was swollen compared to now. Is it normal to lose some girth at first until we start cycling?
I'm so excited to actually have a working penis soon.
Question I have is about the pump in scrotum. Once I find it and start pulling down on it will it be easily activated or deactivated? Hate to accidentally deflate it some. Something else I've noticed is when I was 2 days out it seemed like it was wanting to be straight out whether laying in bed or standing. Now when I lay down it stays against stomach so wondering if it ok?
You all are great

Also I was implanted from what surgery report says the titan classic. What's the difference between that a d the one touch?

The classic is held down on both sides of the release so the cylinders will deflate. One touch just has one button that is pushed so the cylinders will deflate.
I also think the bulb pump on the one touch is a little more firm. I’ve had both type pumps.

Been a little over a week now and swelling has gone down significantly and bruising is going away. I didn't really have alot other than scrotum. Painful still to walk especially if penis starts making its way outward. Sitting down takes some adjusting first. I made a 2nd day measurement and today's measurement and gained some length and girth. I know this is probably because all the swelling I had before not allowing a true measurement so to speak. Either way it's a confidence booster.

My best guess: At first you had swelling above your penis which was pushing it down and "out." Maybe that's subsided now and it can lay flat.

So far so good. Still have discomfort feel where the tip of implant meets the tip of penis a d also some where the base is and can feel implant. Also the tip area where implant has also a very itchy/uncomfortable feel. I thought I was able to feel pump in scrotum but now it's kinda blended
in with the balls and very hard to find. I guess maybe once the swelling goes down more I should go
be able to findit more easily.
