Hi. I (50M) am on effective meds for difficult, lifelong mental illness and have the ED to show for it. I've been trying to taper Lexapro but I think I need it to be functional (i.e. employable). Even if I get off the SSRI though, I'm also on other meds and I don't see getting off all of them.

I've tried Cialis and injecting Trimix. Cialis hasn't worked much and Trimix was too difficult to administer--my hands just aren't steady enough.

So . . . anyone in a similar boat get an implant? I think I have a libido (I jerk off) but getting hard consistently is a problem.

I was in a similar situation especially by being on cancer meds which kills all testosterone where I should not have a libido and post prostrate removal causing 3 years ED, over 14 months in and the only issue here is my chasing my wife around the house daily. It seemed to me that once I got used to using this thing, everything fell into place. I'm back to feeling like the horn dog I used to be.
