Calling All Malleable Implantees!

I started this topic with the hope of bringing together all those on this board with MPPs. There's far too much contradictory information concerning sizing and satisfaction with malleable implants. This way I figured--by malleable implantees generously putting in their two cents--we could all get a better understanding of MPPs, and generate a kind of FAQ to all those considering a malleable, either as a first go or as a revision.

Here's a few questions delivered as bullet points:

- Seriously. How much size is lost with a malleable? Some say two centimeters; some say two inches (!). Some claim to have lost no length at all. Which is it? Does this depend on the implant? The surgeon? Both?

- What about functionality? Are you restricted by the malleable to only specific sex positions?

- How uncomfortable is the constant rigid state?

- Is concealment really that big of a deal? Or can we just retire our skinny jeans?

- What about appearance?

... And that's all I got for now.

The malleable appears to be a promising alternative to IPPs on the basis of longevity; but until there's more of a conversation around MPPs, people will continue to think there's only one real option.

Or perhaps this is the case.

p.s. Photos/videos of implanted malleables would be very helpful too. There are tons of this for the IPP but literally NOTHING for malleables, barring some surgical videos from India.

Precisely because of a lack of information on malleable implants (and support for malleable implantees) on FT, we have created a separate Whatsapp group for people solely interested in or implanted with malleable prostheses. I agree, there has to be an option for PC ?

As far as I know, you first need a Whatsapp app on your phone in order to then use the laptop/desktop app or use the browser version of Whatsapp, And the phone app is always connected to your cell phone number. In other words, without a smartphone, you will not be able to join any Whatsapp groups.

I do not have a malleable implant yet. I am planning to get one next month if all goes well. In our group, there are several people who seem very satisfied with their malleable implants....though they have all been implanted within the past year. Getting long-term malleable implantees to join has been a bit of a challenge.

well I like others on here don't have a smart phone .. I have one I can use some apps on but not connected to any cell service ..perhaps someone could start a group that all could access off of a pc?
